Ethics Charter and Code of Conduct Neooto aims to be a global company that contributes to the dream of human society by creating a new future through creative thinking and endless challenges.
Practicing ethical management is the foundation for this, and we have revised the Ethics Charter and Code of Conduct to become a reliable partner for various interests and to increase the value of customers.
All members of Neooto shall comply with this Charter of Ethics and Code of Conduct.
Human Rights Charter We declare this Human Rights Charter in order to actively implement human rights management, prevent human rights violations in business operations, and mitigate related risks.
Neooto complies with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, International Labor Organization core conventions, OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct, and international standards and guidelines related to human rights and labor, including the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct, to implement human rights management.
Code of Conduct for Suppliers Neooto has established this Code of Conduct to build a sustainable supply chain. The Code of Conduct requires all suppliers to strictly comply with laws and regulations applicable to corporate management activities, and to have the best operating practices in the areas of ethics, environment, labor/human rights, safety/health, and management systems.
Neooto expects its suppliers to comply with this Code of Conduct to not only grow into companies that are more respected by society, but also to provide opportunities for mutual growth.
